Ingredients for 4:
- 4 turnips
- 1/2 lemon (juice and peel)
- a piece of grain
- salt, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil
Put the turnips in plenty of cold and salted water, bring to a boil and cook for about 25 minutes since it boils.
Remove them from the water, wait for them to cool, peel them and, with the help of a potato peeler, make a few thin slices.
Place them on a serving dish, covering them with parmesan flakes. Season with a little olive oil, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Use pieces of lemon peel to perfume the dish
