Hi, I'm Francesca Luise and Cookeneim is the concept of my cooking style.
I'm Venice-based and the Lagoon is my background.
Cookeneim kitchen is local, seasonal, organic and green as much as possible. My philosophy is that I choose all the ingredients with attention to details.
Now central in my life is to cook and study food culture.
Since I was 18 yo I was curious about a reflection on the natural and vegetarian diet.
In 2006 I started to approach herbalist and green-food (in La Biolca, Padua), where they made me discover the wild herbs, the new and old taste horizons and the thousand applications that vegetarianism can have, both from the point of view of health and conviviality.
I organize dinners and lunch buffets, brunch, home-cooking and catering for events and cooking lesson wherever you want.
My recipes are plant-based (vegetarian or vegan), gluten free on-demand, with attention to allergies, intolerances and special requests.
My studies in humanities and the recent few years work with fabric-art and images push me towards an idea of cooking as a complete installation and as sensorial experience, in the perspective that food could be - always - a flavors and colors explosion.

You can contact me to make dinners, buffet lunches and brunches. I work as a home-chef, I organize catering and I hold natural cooking lessons, always in the Cookeneim style.
