Do you want a recipe that is very quick to make, with a super effect and a flavor so traditional that it meets (almost) all tastes?

Here it is!


Cut two squares: one of 25x25 cm of baking paper and one of 30x30 cm of Domopak. Repeat the operation 4 times, so each diner will have his own packet. In this way, you can cook in foil without food (especially acidic ones, such as tomatoes, coming into contact with aluminum). Then place the papers on a dripping pan, the outer aluminum and the baking paper on top. Equally distribute half of the tomato pulp, some salted capers, previously left to soak in warm water for about an hour, the olives, the chilli and the oregano. Cut the tofu into thin slices, divide it into each foil and cover it with the remaining tomato pulp. Close the packets and bake for 15 'in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
Serve hot or at room temperature depending on the season, with a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil.
