Baked vegetables for all tastes

Ingredients for 4:

- 4 small potatoes (I use mountain potatoes, with firm and watery dough)
- 1 broccoli
- 2 carrots
- 4 sweet potatoes with orange paste
- 1 tablespoon of garam masala
- salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil:


Wash and cut the vegetables into fairly thick touches. If the potatoes are organic, keep the peel.
Turn on the oven at 200 ° C.
Cover a baking dish with baking paper, pour the vegetables and add the garam masala, salt (to taste, and remembering that it will enhance the spicy masala) and olive oil. 
Mix vigorously with your hands. Bake for about 40 minutes.
Very good served with black rice and a spoonful of fresh yogurt.
