Description
Sultanas, or raisins, are seedless white grapes dried in the sun. They are very sweet.
Soak them in warm water before use. In the Veneto they are an ingredient of saor, with pine nuts, and they are perfect in savoury strudel with red cabbage and in sweet and sour dishes.
