Fusilli are a short spiral pasta, born in Campania when dough was wrapped around a thin iron rod, the "fuso". Their shape holds pestos and creamy sauces beautifully.
They are perfect for summer pasta salads and with vegetable creams, like cauliflower and turmeric.
