Description
Rice paper is made from very thin dried sheets of rice flour and water. It is the base of fresh Vietnamese spring rolls.
Just dip a sheet in warm water for a few seconds: it turns soft and translucent, ready to fill with raw vegetables, herbs and rice noodles and roll up.
