Description
Taggiasca olives are small Ligurian olives, named after the town of Taggia, inland from Sanremo. Their colour ranges from green to violet and their flavour is sweet and fruity.
They produce Liguria's gentlest olive oil, and in the kitchen they are perfect in fregola salads, with broccoli, in tomato sauces and on focaccia.
